SUBSCRIPTIONS & CONSUMER INFORMATION

Cancellation, withdrawal & complaints

Stopping renewal is not the same as a statutory withdrawal. Here is how to request either.

Cancel your next renewal

Open your account’s Subscription section, choose Manage billing and cancel in the billing portal. Paid access continues until the end of the paid period. Downgrades apply at renewal. Keep the confirmation for your records. Contact info@rewlio.eu if you cannot access the portal.

Consumer withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer under an applicable EU distance contract, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send an unequivocal notice to info@rewlio.eu. Business purchases do not automatically carry this consumer right. Starting a digital service does not itself waive withdrawal rights; any payment for performance already provided or loss of rights depends on the applicable legal conditions and valid express requests or acknowledgements.

Model withdrawal notice

You can copy and complete this notice, but you do not have to use it.

  • To: Martin Gondek, IČO 23224061; info@rewlio.eu.
  • I hereby withdraw from my contract for the following Rewlio subscription: [plan].
  • Contract/order date: [date]. Account email and order reference: [details].
  • Consumer name and address: [details]. Date of notice: [date].
  • Signature is needed only if submitting the notice on paper. The postal contact address remains to be supplied by the operator.

Refunds and service problems

Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal; it is not a blanket refund promise for the current period. Statutory withdrawal refunds and remedies for a non-conforming digital service remain available where applicable. Report the issue, order details and requested remedy by email. Any refund due will be handled under the applicable statutory rules; these rules are not replaced by a discretionary “no refunds” policy.

Out-of-court consumer disputes

For an unresolved Czech consumer dispute about this service, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI) provides the applicable out-of-court consumer dispute process. See its ADR website for eligibility and instructions. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025 and is not a current complaint channel.

Document status

This document is a draft for operator approval, not a declaration of legal compliance. The registered geographic address and VAT status still need to be supplied. Do not rely on this draft as final pre-contract information. Consumer checkout acknowledgements, complaint procedures and payment confirmations require separate verification before live consumer sales.
